Mothers Series, My Mother and Me

These images are really special to me. They are of my mother and myself. I really want a more soft natural back light for these photos. My mother is a very soft and kind woman but very strong as well. I wanted that to show in these images and I feel it was successful! My mom has alway supported my photography ever since I was small. I actually just discovered that she is a bit of an artist herself, she used to paint, a lot! So thanks mom I guess I owe my creative side to you!
